I definitely feel that the government spends to much, but also feel that corporations and the top percentile of Americans pay too little at the expense of the middle class.
And I'd love to see less money going to defense, corporate subsidies, and other wasteful spending, and put more into social programs (health care, education, etc.), environmental problems, and clean energy.
The future of this country depends on well educated, healthy citizens; and the future of the world depends on environmentally sound principles and goals, not to mention peace among nations
There's no reason we can't find that [almost] perfect balance, and build for the future.
